Pig Signaler Are Often Used To Track A Location Of The Pig Inside The Pipeline During The Pigging Process. Separate Warning Alarm System Are Attached With The Pig Signaler. Poorly Designed Pig Signaler May Get Damaged Due To Thrust Force Of The Pig Or May Even Damage The Pig As It Acts As An Obstacle Of The Pigging Path Since In Pressurized Pipelines Pig Travels At Tremendous Velocity.

INSTALLATION:

Standard Models Are Supplied Ready For Mounting On A Base To Be Welded To The Pipeline Or Vessel. Flange Mounted Models Up To ANSI Class 2500 Are Also Available. All Standard Units Require A 38mm Diameter Access Through Both The Mountings And The Line Pipe. Models MVW And MLVW Are Removal Under Pressure Using A Jacking Bracket Tool.
